Ok, this morning on the way to my mum's place, I noticed that I have difficulty moving off from idle (~ 800RPM). Sometimes if I didn't give it enough throttle, the engine dies. Since from last, I didn't notice any knock with the higher RPMs, I decided to revert back to my stock timing map and only change the entire range in my 800 RPM range (the top half is my stock timing map, or rather the one that runs fine for 14.7 AFR Target):

Unfortunately, this caused knock:

That means, the changes I did yesterday were necessary. The thing now is to find which ranges I need to change.
